VISUAL REFRIGERATION TRAINING UNIT
  •  Basic principles of heat transfer.
  •  The vapour compression refrigeration cycle.
SPECIFICATION
  •  Function and application of different flow controls.
  •  Mounted in steel framework with stainless steel base and back panels incorporating a drip tray for condensate.
  •  Air-cooled condensing unit with open type reciprocating compressor.
  •  Transparent evaporator, clearly showing change of state of refrigerant from liquid to vapour.
  •  Refrigerant flow control options to include -Automatic Expansion Valve, Thermostatic Expansion Valve (internally equalised) and Capillary with separate Filter Drier.
  •  Liquid/suction heat exchanger.
  •  Liquid line filter drier and sight glass.
  •  Compound and pressure gauges.
  •  Suction and discharge service valves fitted[13] Liquid line hand wheel valve for easy manual pump down of system
  •  Electrical control box with indicator/warning lamps, contractor, overloads and residual current device for protection against earth leakage.
  •  Comprehensive manual to include theory and principles, instuctors guide notes, student test papers and sample answers, parts list and electrical wiring diagram.
  • Audio-visual tape/slide programme.
