BORING MACHINE ANALYSIS SETUP

The device consists of power supply safety control board, steel and aluminium structure bench, insertable boring machine electrical control panel, casting material formed boring machine mechanical mechanism, boring machine holder frame, etc. The boring machine electrical control panel comes with fault control box and related testing terminals for all circuit connectors, it can control the two-direction fast movement of workbench, two-direction motion and speed of boring machine spindle, limiting position protection. User can detect faults on the panel directly to enhance understanding of principle. There are more than 15 pcs specially designed control switches for manual setting of particular functions, the boring machine mechanical mechanism can be connected with electrical part to achieve control, debugging and examination. The device is designed with ground protection and leakage protection functions.

• Electrical control panel: It covers all the components needed for boring machine control, with the following minimum configuration: at least two groups NO/NC buttons coming with option switch bank, three phase breaker for leakage protection (maximum current 10A), two groups of fuse bank, 127V alternating current contractor kit, three groups of AC36V colorized lighting unit, AC220 red indicator, secondary contact group, three-grade transformer kit, two groups of thermal and time relay electrical unit with related bed structure, panel carrying and adjusting mechanical unit, etc.
•  Boring machine mechanical mechanism: it is designed no difference with real boring machine in structure and principle. The length is not less than 800mm, the height is not less than 500mm, the width is not more than 800mm. It is made of stable steel, comes with movable and adjustable steel body support.
•  Boring machine holder frame: 1177 mm×825 mm×645 mm, steel frame with four universal lockable casting wheels.
•  Electrical control panel frame: 1000 mm×1700 mm×805 mm, aluminum frame with four universal lockable casting wheels, a material storage drawer, water proof, fire proof board.
