SINGLE-PHASE PWM INVERTER TRAINING MODULE

Specification: 

  •  Front panel in insulating material, with silk screen printed diagram of the different circuit blocks of the module and electrical diagram of each circuit.
  •  Terminals for the connections and measurements.
  •  MOSFET: 2MOS channels N and 2MOS channels p; output voltage: sine 24Vac/1A; output voltage frequency: 50Hz.
  •  Switching frequency of the PWM generator: 20kHz; external unit mod. TY23A/EV for housing the output transformer, the filters and the R-L-C loads.
  •  DIM: 386x372x50 mm; power supply: +30Vdc/2A.
