Salient Features :
  •  Box type construction with ample ribbing for high rigidity.
  •  Three linear axes (X, Y, and Z). Linear motion antifriction guide ways for Y and Z axis.
  •  Turcite coated Vee and flat guide ways for X axis. Axes drive through precision ball screw and nut driven by AC servomotors.
  •  Wheel spindle mounted on high precision bearing lubricated for life.
  •  Incremental rotary encoder for position feedback of X & Z axis.
  •  Linear encoder for position feedback of Y axis. Three axes CNC system.
  •  Continuous lubrication of table with independent power pack.
  •  Centralized lubrication for Y & Z axes guide ways and ball nuts. Ideally suited for flat and profile grinding with suitable dressing attachments & fixtures.
