The circular frame has an accurately centered wheel and adjustable counter poise. The system is held in yoke in which it pivots freely about a horizontal axis. The yoke is supported by a rod which turns about a vertical axis. When unbalanced, the wheel axis will never the less remain horizontal but will process in a clock wise or counter clock wise direction depending upon the position of the centre of gravity.
